Effective date: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zelple team collaboration messenger and related apps and websites (the "Service"), provided by MORETHANI CO., LTD. ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you are at least 14 years old, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to Your Content. You grant the Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, delivering messages, syncing across devices, generating search indexes, and creating thumbnails).

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit it. You must not submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content or behavior that violates the Acceptable Use section — for example harassment, spam, impersonation, or other inappropriate content — you can report it to us at support@morethani.com, or from the app via Settings › Contact us. Please include the name of the workspace and, where possible, a link to or the ID of the message.

We aim to review every report within 24 hours and to take appropriate action within 72 hours. Depending on the outcome, we may remove or restrict the content, remove the member from the workspace, and suspend or terminate the account as described in the Termination section. Channel owners can also remove any message from the channels they own, and workspace owners can remove members from the workspace, at any time.

Reports are handled confidentially. We use your contact details only to follow up on the report.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, push notification providers such as Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple). Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims and expenses arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the Company's principal place of business, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes, together with the effective date, through the Service or this page. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
